Still hanging at 200? No gains? Way to go, Fred. I still can't get over the fact that you've lost 107 pounds! That's amazing and inspiring! Are you still shooting for 185, or are you happy where you are now? Just wonderin'. : )

I'm still TRYING to get back on track. It's coming little by little, one day at a time.

Have a good week!

Hey there!

I see you are having the same issues with the pictures that I am! I have contacted traineo twice about it. It is frustrating!

Hope the training is still going well!

Wow Fred things never change your still the machine, 199 is coming fast bro keep up the great work. Well the grass was not any greener on the otherside of the fence. Jillian Michaels site was ok but almost the same as this site but you have to pay for the info. One thing was cool is it had menu plans and work out routines. I canceled my membership and purchased a couple of her dvds and will continue to listen to her pod cast. One of the best things I discovered was food is fuel. You only need so much if your not exercising. If your exercising then you need to eat a bit more.

Just stopped in to cheer you on since you are so close to reaching that 199 goal! Thanks for being such an inspiration, Fred! :)

Oh, yeah the Carribean is one of my favorite places to be. That pic was on my honeymoon in Aruba. It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. I love the beach, I love the water, I love the weather. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back. Haha and the food was so good too. That was the first step to my gaining 25 lbs. :)

Oh, and don't be afraid of the swim. It's not so bad. I really look forward to my swims now that I've gotten a little bit of practice in. And if you just really didn't want to swim, they have dualthons for biking and running.

Well, this is weird. Traineo won't let me send you messages, and won't let you post on my wall. Very strange indeed. Anyways, here's what I said in the message:

Haha, Fred, very funny. I laughed at my computer screen so loud when I read that, the guy next to me looked at me funny. Don't worry too much about the scale, if you plateau for too long, try changing something up. You got this! So my weight has been steadily dropping after finishing the roids. Haha. Wed I ran, yesterday I swam, and today I'm going cycling with my friend on our new road bikes!! It's gonna be so much fun!!

Thanks for the encouragement, Fred. I'm feeling much better today. I was all pity-party and emotional undereating yesterday, but I'm back on track today. How's your day going?

(I tried to send you a message, but it said that I was authorized to message you, weird, huh?)

I know you have had pictures of you and your son almost (if not) every time. I just have to say, as a father of three (13, 12, 6) that I think it is just awesome what you have done for your health so you will be able to be there for your son, and be able to be active with him. I am feeling the same way now, but wish I would have done it much earlier.

Hats off to you!
