I am 34 years old, married and a father of a 2.5 year old. They are the motivators for me to reach my goal. I started the new journey on 8/21/06 @307 lbs and as of June '08, I have lost around 108 lbs. I have been able to keep 100 lb weight loss since Sept. '07. What keeps me on track is the Traineo community, vision of a healthy and fit future and the mini-goals below.
*GOAL 1 = 244 lbs, Date = 2/15/07
Date Met = 2/7/07
*GOAL 2 = 229 lbs, Date = 3/22/07

I'm still TRYING to get back on track. It's coming little by little, one day at a time.
Have a good week!
I see you are having the same issues with the pictures that I am! I have contacted traineo twice about it. It is frustrating!
Hope the training is still going well!

Wow Fred things never change your still the machine, 199 is coming fast bro keep up the great work. Well the grass was not any greener on the otherside of the fence. Jillian Michaels site was ok but almost the same as this site but you have to pay for the info. One thing was cool is it had menu plans and work out routines. I canceled my membership and purchased a couple of her dvds and will continue to listen to her pod cast. One of the best things I discovered was food is fuel. You only need so much if your not exercising. If your exercising then you need to eat a bit more.

Your charts are an inspiration.
I reckon it might soon be time for a new pic, non?

I love wedding pics!! And I LOVE looking at wedding pics - especially mine. :D They are so fun to look at - everyone looking their best and so happy! Wedding and honeymoon pictures are the best :)
Thanks for the message and I hope you are having a good day too!!
I am BLOWN away by your workout chart, especially your trek on the "dreadmill" as you call it. TWO hours of running and over 2,000 calories????? Keep up the great work!
Angie
Feelin' good? Workin' hard? Playin' happy?

Oh, and don't be afraid of the swim. It's not so bad. I really look forward to my swims now that I've gotten a little bit of practice in. And if you just really didn't want to swim, they have dualthons for biking and running.
Haha, Fred, very funny. I laughed at my computer screen so loud when I read that, the guy next to me looked at me funny. Don't worry too much about the scale, if you plateau for too long, try changing something up. You got this! So my weight has been steadily dropping after finishing the roids. Haha. Wed I ran, yesterday I swam, and today I'm going cycling with my friend on our new road bikes!! It's gonna be so much fun!!
(I tried to send you a message, but it said that I was authorized to message you, weird, huh?)
Not to worry if you haven't got round to it yet but was wondering if you put 3x t in scottt in my email with the gift cert. I think I lose a lot of email cos people miss it.
Hope everything's good with you! :)
Mike
Thanks
Mike
Your profile is a great read.
The list of mini goals and dates accomplished / TBD is awesome.
Only 20 lbs to go. Right on!

Just spreading around some Christmas cheer to all my inspired and inspiring traineo amigos.
I hope that you give yourself backpats often, 'cause they are so well deserved.
Wishing you continued focus and drive wrapped in good health for '08!

Have a great weekend!
April
1. Try to perfect my eating even more.
2. Lower the weight I was lifting so I can do more reps. For a couple of months, I was doing sets of 4-6 reps. Now I am doing, 8-10 reps.
3. Increase the intensity of each workout.
Who knows if this is what has helped me, but regardless I am liking the progress for now. Only 4 more lbs to the big 100 lb loss. 12 more lbs to get out of the 200s.
Jennie
And let me know if you want me to talk to your SO about the Amy Weight Loss Program :)
How are things going for you? It looks like you plowed through the holidays losing weight and keeping the workouts strong! Keep it up!
Jennie
Keep at it,
Amy
